Key Responsibilities- Monitor and Respond to Security Incidents: You will be responsible for monitoring video surveillance and responding to any security incidents that may arise within and around the facility.
- Train and Educate Staff: You will educate and train staff on proper safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Conduct Regulatory Audits and Inspections: You will perform regulatory building audits, tickets, inspections, and maintain reports and tracking systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with De-escalation and Conflict Resolution: You will assist on-site staff with de-escalation of patients, visitors, volunteers, vendors, and employees.
- Monitor Facility Access: You will monitor foot traffic in and out of the facility to ensure that all personnel are authorized to enter the facility.
- Communicate with Law Enforcement: You will communicate with local law enforcement about any incidents and ensure local and federal security compliance.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant Experience: You must have at least two years of relevant experience in a safety and security role.
- Leadership and Crisis Management Skills: You must have strong leadership and crisis management skills to effectively respond to security incidents.
- Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $20.30-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.

- Stationary Posture: You will be required to stand for long periods of time and alternate between standing and sitting.
