About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Copier and Printer Technician to join our team at Ricoh. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our range of copiers and printers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure copiers and printers in customer locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
