Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Budget Analyst to join our team at QinetiQ US. As a Senior Budget Analyst, you will provide expertise to relevant budget and resource management principles and practices for developmental and operational programs within the USD(I&S) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide budget and resource management expertise to support the development and execution of programs within the USD(I&S) portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain budget plans, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to identify and address budget and resource management issues.
  • Develop and implement budget and resource management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to program staff on budget and resource management principles and practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in budget and resource management.
  • Previous experience with Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) or applicable system.
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSD, Pentagon, or Service Headquarters staff experience.
  • Military experience a plus.
