Senior Manager, Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team at Walmart Creative Studio (WCS). As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative and effective 360-degree campaigns for our premier fashion labels, Free Assembly and Scoop.
Key Responsibilities- Concept and develop strategic ideas and visual worlds that enhance our brand awareness and perception.
- Collaborate with our team to execute full-funnel advertising campaigns across all channels, including broadcast, OOH, OLV, paid media, and owned channels.
- Contribute to the development of pre-production decks, including music, set, casting, glam, shot lists, and assist on set to bring our vision to life.
- Own the final toolkit that brings together copy and art within paid and owned placements each season.
- Employ critical thinking to ensure we're always on task and stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform creative decisions.
- Proven experience as an art director or similar role in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing varied 360-degree creative projects in the market at all levels.
- Exceptional swipe and world-building skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and time management skills.
- Excellent understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in creative software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, and Slack.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role, with a mix of agency and in-house experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related field.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
