Job Title: Skilled Nursing RN

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled nursing RN to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Moses Lake, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing setting. As a skilled nursing RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Washington RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • 1 year of experience as an RN
  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
