About the Role:
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding clients in various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service by executing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures
2. Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
3. Conducting regular and random patrols around business and perimeter sites

Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years old for armed roles
2. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
3. Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
4. Undergo a drug screen (where permitted by law)
5. Meet licensing requirements (dependent on state and local regulations)
