About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Development Program as a Finance Trainee. This 10-12 month program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to excel in consumer finance and become a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and recommending tailored financial solutions.
  • Promote additional products to best serve new and existing customers.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in achieving established branch goals.
  • Learn and provide support in management responsibilities, including delegation of employee workload and analysis of loan documents.
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
