Job Description: The Employee Relations Specialist at Capstone Logistics, LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily HR workflow for corporate and field operations. This role ensures compliance, associate and manager relations, training, and process improvement.

  1. Manage a team of HR Coordinators/Generalists in handling HR-related activities, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.
  2. Investigate and resolve conflicts, performance issues, disciplinary action, and terminations.
  3. Develop and implement service level metrics to measure progress and review internal HR SOPs/processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of HR Coordinators/Generalists.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for HR-related activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within large organizations with a large blue-collar employee population.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
