Job Overview

Don Shula's American Kitchen is seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Host Staff / Front Desk representative. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our restaurant.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure seamless service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand, waiting area, and restrooms.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a changing schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
