Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Train Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate a team of cooks, dishwashers, and prep cooks to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring proper sanitation practices and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with management, front-of-house staff, and customers to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
