Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Rushville, IN. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging compressors and sub-assemblies according to production and quality standards in an ISO9001 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test compressors and sub-assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Verify dimensions, alignment, and conformance of finished workpieces to specifications
  • Rotate through all jobs in the area to ensure cross-training and flexibility
  • Promote and maintain a safe and open communication environment throughout the facility
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently
  • Ability to read and understand job instructions
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen
