Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Tower Strategy Organization as the Strategic Initiatives and Negotiations Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors in the tower industry to explore cost-reducing ideas.
  • Lead contract negotiations, collaborating with external consultants, Corporate Development, legal, and regulatory teams.
  • Advocate for high-level initiatives, secure executive buy-in, and develop scalable proof-of-concept plans.
  • Negotiate major deals, acting as the primary Deal Coordinator to develop and finalize terms.
  • Manage complex Tier 2 escalations requiring advanced negotiation skills and legal expertise.
  • Provide comprehensive modeling and analytical support for large deals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in strategic partnership development and high-stakes negotiations.
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills, with a track record of supporting large-scale deals.
  • Exceptional leadership and executive coordination abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $116,700 - $175,100 USD per year.
