Job Summary

Team Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the goal of helping them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care
  • Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals
  • Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
  • Address pain management and teach patients proper mechanics and ergonomics
  • Write timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapy License
  • Commitment to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority
