We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Field Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting field exploration activities, including soil testing and sample collection, to support our sustainable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in field or site exploration activities under the supervision of a Geotechnical Engineer.
  • Communicate information to Geotechnical Engineers and other team members.
  • Participate in training and development programs to increase skills and responsibilities.
  • Maintain assigned equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Perform pre-task planning and report any safety issues or concerns to management.
  • Ensure quality standards are met on all projects.
  • Travel to various locations and work in a variety of terrain and weather conditions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to physically mobile in and around construction sites and field assignments.
  • Capacity to carry field equipment and supplies in remote or urban surroundings.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk long distances.
  • Successful completion of related internal safety certifications.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
