Job Summary

Career Strategies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our property management division, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventative maintenance, to ensure the overall condition of our properties.
  • Conduct electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work, as well as appliance repair and other maintenance tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid authorization to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HVAC certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks.
  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment.
