Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at BayCare Health System. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver respiratory care services under the order of a physician and in accordance with established protocols.
  • Perform noninvasive and invasive procedures with minimal oversight.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and provide emergency care/adult critical care.
Certifications and Licensures Required
  • RRT (Respiratory Therapy License)
  • Active NBRC Credential for RRT
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
  • NRP (Neonatal) - within 6 months
  • ACLS (Cardiovascular) - within 6 months
  • PALS (Pediatric) - Preferred
Education Required
  • Technical Respiratory Therapy Diploma
  • Associate's Respiratory Therapy - Preferred
