Job Title: Machining Field Support Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machining Field Support Technician to provide technical support and maintenance services for our customers' CNC machinery in the Northwest region.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and maintenance services for CNC equipment and peripherals.
  • Installing and repairing CNC machinery and systems.
  • Investigating and resolving customer-reported technical issues.
  • Analyzing data to determine the root cause of issues and performing or recommending repairs.
  • Coordinating work activities and managing priorities as part of a team.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology).
  • 2-5 years of experience in a machine tool company.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc machines and CNC systems.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and diagrams.
  • Ability to operate forklift trucks and manual lifting equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
