Position Type: Full-time, Per Visit
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients under the guidance of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, adhering to the physician's Plan of Care and relevant regulations.
- Provide direct therapy services as prescribed by a physician, ensuring compliance with the established Plan of Care.
- Engage in communication and case conferences to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain adherence to the Business Code of Ethics.
- Consistently meet agency standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Document all care and services provided accurately and promptly, in line with physician orders and agency standards.
- Collaborate with team members to review and update patient care plans and set new goals as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- COTA certification is mandatory.
- Experience in home care or rehabilitation is preferred.
