Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is in search of a dedicated professional to support the Government in the execution of comprehensive training operations and coordination activities. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including liaising with external stakeholders, managing student documentation, producing course completion certificates, generating analytical reports and presentations, overseeing annual training schedules, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and formulating standard operating procedures.
Location: Quantico, Virginia
FLSA Status: Full-Time
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with a CI Poly
Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Position Type: On-Site
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the Government's training operations and coordination functions essential for the effective delivery of training programs.
- Engage with external clients, maintain both electronic and physical student records, issue course certificates, compile metric reports and presentations, manage the annual training calendar, supervise accreditation processes, and develop and uphold standard operating procedures.
- Provide administrative support, which includes maintaining contact lists, onboarding new staff (Government, Military, and Contractor), managing shared drive access, and updating management calendars in relation to training events and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficient in operating office machinery such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and telephones.
- Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite effectively.
- US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI + CI Poly (preferred)
