Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, and glass surfaces.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as shampooing rugs and removing rubbish.
  • Notify managers of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, and management.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including a ten-year work history if available.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service experience.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
