We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team at Beverage South (SC). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and distribution of our wine and spirits products within assigned territories and account bases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize retail sales through the implementation and execution of established sales, distribution, marketing, and supplier program goals.
  • Develop and execute monthly plans to establish goals and strategically manage territory resources, talent, and time.
  • Complete thorough month-end recaps of actual performance results against objectives.
  • Execute against strategic pricing standards, including competitive PTC, label, shelf, display, POS, and window pricing.
  • Design and implement displays and marketing at retail that meet or exceed merchandising and retail standards.
  • Increase consumer awareness and purchase intent of brands through proactive product distribution and shelf management practices.
  • Manage quality of all Beverage South products to ensure only fresh and damage-free product is available for sale and consumption.
  • Develop, mentor, and manage driver servicing account bases to improve skills, information, and teamwork.
  • Partner with retailer accounts to train, develop, and ensure continued use of Online Ordering Portal.
  • Utilize data, marketing data, handheld, and build sheet data to ensure proper forecasting, pre-selling, and inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of wine and/or spirits sales experience or 2 years of consumer goods experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to demonstrate professional sales and administration skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to prioritize multiple goals and strategies.
  • Capable of time management, strategic planning, concise communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule and be physically able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds of product regularly.
