Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment in a top healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and manage life-sustaining therapies, such as ventilators and dialysis
  • Administer medications and perform various medical procedures as needed
Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the United States
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an ICU setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
