Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing enthusiastic service and engaging with customers, particularly in the Bicycle Department.

Maintain high standards for product presentation and merchandising.

Promote company initiatives, including warranty offerings, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.

Achieve sales targets through the sale of bicycles and related products.

Assemble and repair bicycles following established protocols. Assist with the setup of fitness equipment as necessary.

Ensure compliance with company standards for merchandise presentation and signage in the Bicycle Department.

Depending on the location, relevant state-mandated clearances may be required for supervising minors.
