Job Summary

The RER Clerical Assistant will support the Warehouse Logistics Coordinator at the Replacement Components 3PL warehouse in Chattanooga, TN, focusing on Receiving Exceptions. This onsite position reports to the Carrier's onsite Supervisor and ensures compliance with Company standards for managing receiving exceptions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve issues with Supplier receipt exceptions
  • Oversee the receipt exception database, processes, and areas
  • Work with Receiving team on receipt exception verification
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 Years experience in administration/coordination in Logistics, Shipping/Receiving
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Analytical ability
  • Ability to prioritize obligations and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated detail orientation
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
Work Environment

Monday-Friday 8-5, 100% on-site
