- Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment by following food safety guidelines, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store, and provide excellent customer service.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, including peak periods, menu changes, and new product introductions.
- Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, including cooking, serving, and customer service.
- Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
