As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising service technicians while cultivating a loyal customer base. Your responsibilities will include achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), maintaining positive employee relations, and setting and reaching sales and profit goals, alongside keeping meticulous service records.
