Job Summary:

EvergreenHealth Monroe is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist to join our Imaging Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures, maintaining patient care, and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiographic procedures using appropriate positioning and technical factors
  • Provide patient care, ensuring patient comfort and dignity
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
  • Participate in department QA processes and maintain departmental competencies
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • Licensed as a Radiology Technologist (RT) with the State of Washington
  • Current certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of one-year previous radiology experience preferred

Work Environment:

EvergreenHealth Monroe is a small semi-rural acute care hospital with a dynamic team environment. As a Radiology Technologist, you will work in a fast-paced setting with fluctuating workloads and exposure to communicable diseases. You must be able to transport patients, stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 15 pounds.
