Job Description

We are seeking an experienced clinical audiologist to join our team at Sacramento Ear, Nose & Throat. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a strong commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments in audiology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer diagnostic tests, including Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE), Tympanometry, Audiological Evaluations, ETD testing, and acoustic reflex threshold and tone decay testing.
  • Provide amplification services, including hearing aid assessment testing, real ear measurements, and live speech mapping.
  • Coordinate and interpret test results, consulting with physicians and making recommendations on hearing disorders.
  • Diagnose audio vestibular disorders based on test results and coordinate care with physicians and other providers.
  • Complete chart notes for each patient seen and send written reports to referring physicians and primary care physicians.

Requirements:

  • AuD Masters or Doctoral degree, with license or opportunity to be licensed.
  • Dispensing License (not required but preferred).
  • Ability to convey information to patients and families with tact, assess, plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks, and demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others.
