Cafe Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cafe Barista to join our team at Newtown Athletic Club. As a Cafe Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and smoothies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Take customer orders and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and smoothies, including specialty drinks and seasonal offerings
• Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding areas

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
