Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator Associate

Stanford University's Department of Pathology is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Coordinator Associate to manage clinical trials under the direction of project researchers, investigators, or managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary contact with research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate collection of study specimens and processing.
  • Collect and manage patient and laboratory data for clinical research projects.
  • Manage research project databases, develop flow sheets, and other study-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with research protocols and review case report forms for completion and accuracy.
  • Prepare regulatory submissions and ensure Institutional Review Board renewals are completed.
  • Assemble study kits for study visits, monitor scheduling of procedures, and coordinate documents.
  • Monitor expenditures and adherence to study budgets and resolve billing issues.
Requirements:
  • Phlebotomy license.
  • Prior experience in a clinical research setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
Working Conditions:

The position may require working with hazardous materials and/or exposure to chemicals, blood, body fluids, or tissues, and risk of exposure to contagious diseases and infections.

May require extended or unusual work hours based on research requirements and business needs.

Compensation:

Stanford University provides a competitive salary of $79 per hour.
