Position Overview

CareStaff Partners is actively looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to take on a role within a Home Health organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive case management for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
  • Current licensure or certification in the state of practice.
  • ACLS and BCLS certifications are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.

In this role, you will be expected to maintain a collaborative working relationship with medical staff and other healthcare professionals. You will also need to successfully pass a background check, medical examination, skills assessment, and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay package includes:

  • $2,520.00 per pay period

Work Schedule: This position offers a guaranteed 40.00 hours per week.
