Job Summary:

The Night Shift Custodial Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of cleaners to ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of custodial experience and 2-5 years of leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility.
Ensure quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations.
Assure the highest quality of customer satisfaction.
Assist with Training and Development.
Provide guidance in safety, cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage to cleaning crew.
Counsel crew members regarding tardiness, absenteeism, work performance, etc., using proper documentation procedures.
Lead and participate in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
1-2 Years Custodial Experience.
2 to 5 Years Leadership Experience.
