Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and assessing behavioral programs aimed at creating sustainable, positive behavioral changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Design and implement behavior-analytic interventions that address a variety of needs, including functional analyses and data-driven treatment decisions.
    • Train staff to carry out effective and ethical interventions grounded in research.
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Lead and supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to maintain a high level of service delivery.
    • Offer direct supervision and individualized support to team members.
  • Documentation and Data Management
    • Submit session documentation, progress reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner.
    • Ensure that ABA providers are accurately collecting data following The Learning Tree's standards.

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Possess an active, valid, and unrestricted certification or license to deliver applied behavior analytic services within the state of service.
  • Willingness to travel between client locations as needed.
