Job RequirementsEssential Responsibilities:- Provide primary care to pediatric patients in-office or virtually
- Develop and manage patient care plans
- Participate in team-based care and collaborate with colleagues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
You will be working closely with our team to deliver high-quality primary care to pediatric patients and contributing to our mission to transform healthcare.
Requirements:- Accredited NP or PA program with national certification
- Experience as an Advanced Practitioner in Pediatrics in an outpatient primary care setting
- CA state license by start date
- CPNP-PC preferred
This is a 24-hour patient care per week position (.75 FTE) with a competitive salary range of $102,300 to $109,100 per year.
