Job Title: Weekend AM Restaurant Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Weekend AM Restaurant Server to join our team at Pierre Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center. As a key member of our dining room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm smile, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring that guests receive prompt service and that the dining room is clean and organized.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy dining room.
