Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rotational Molding Technician to join our team at Aton. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products, and contributing to the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow safe work practices and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Operate rototational-molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
  • Perform concrete and foaming tasks to prepare roto-molded parts
  • Apply graphics to roto-molded parts to meet customer requirements
  • Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure product quality
  • Package finished goods for shipment and assist with routine maintenance of equipment
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by communicating ideas to supervisors
  • Adhere to company policies and OH&S regulations
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of company information
  • Collaborate with other staff, supervisors, and managers to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift License
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of general use of hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license
