Lead Mechanical Design Engineer Position

We are searching for a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at M Force Recruiting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing engineering and technical direction services to production employees, as well as establishing procedures for the uptime and maintenance of manufactured goods.

A strong understanding of complex mechanical systems is essential for this role, including the ability to evaluate final product performance, reliability, and safety. You will also be expected to have a solid knowledge of Solidworks software, with previous experience in designing hydraulics and electrical systems.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, along with project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Some domestic travel may be required, and flexibility to work when production is working is essential.

This is a full-time position with a competitive benefits package, including dental insurance, flexible schedule, relocation assistance, retirement plan, and 8 hour shift from Monday to Friday.
