About the Role:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at WestLake Care Community, a 70-bed long-term care community in the heart of Lakewood. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and fostering a culture of compassion and respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and coordinate care based on resident needs and preferences
  • Partner with residents and the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Active certification as a CNA
  • Composure, customer focus, patience, and ability to build trust with residents and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$24.00
