Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Assistant to provide high-quality patient care in our Behavioral Health unit. As a Clinical Nurse Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to perform various tasks related to routine patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient care activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, mobility, and comfort
  • Coordinate daily patient care activities on the nursing unit
  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Perform various duties as delegated by nursing staff, including inventory control and ordering supplies
  • Facilitate unit communication and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
