As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our clinic's daily operations, delivering high-quality patient care, and supervising and developing our clinical and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise clinical and administrative staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
- Collaborate with other department heads and upper management to evaluate clinic performance and discuss updates and concerns.
- Monitor and control facility costs to ensure expenditures are within assigned budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry updates, including advances in physical therapy, government regulations, and health insurance changes.
- Competitive salary range of $95,000-$115,000.
