We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the speech and language development of students in a school-based setting.

About the Role:

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with Soliant, you will work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy services to students with communication disorders. Your responsibilities will include assisting in assessments, implementing therapy interventions, facilitating group sessions, and documenting progress under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

This is a contract position located in Farmington, NM. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field, Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), and State licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in assessments and implement therapy interventions
  • Facilitate group sessions and document progress
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico
