Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans to improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional skills. You will work closely with patients and their families to educate them about treatment options and exercises, and provide ongoing support to ensure they reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to improve physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living activities and promote independence.
  • Work closely with patients and their families to educate them about treatment options and exercises.
  • Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Document patient outcomes thoroughly to comply with facility protocols.
Requirements
  • Full and unrestricted license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States of the District of Columbia.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one year in outpatient ortho and neuro experience.
  • Graduate from a program accredited by ACOTE - Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education.
  • Current National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification as an OT.
