Job Title: Free Standing ER RN

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide nursing care to patients of all ages, from minor injuries to critically ill patients.
  • Triage, assess, and treat patients, identifying expected outcomes and developing individualized plans.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs and providing follow-up care instructions.
  • Coordinate functions with physicians and other departments, ensuring patient-focused and safety-aware care.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, multistate, or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
  • BLS must be obtained prior to employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
