Swedish Medical Center's First Hill campus is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join its multidisciplinary weight-loss team. As a key member of the team, you will provide collaborative services, including initial and ongoing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as first assisting on Bariatric surgical cases in the operating rooms.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment, triage, and preparation skills for preoperative and postoperative Bariatric patients in various settings, including outpatient, inpatient, ICU, and ER. A background in bariatric surgery and/or laparoscopic surgery is preferred, and at least 2 years of experience in surgical patient care is required.
This is a per diem position with opportunities to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The primary location is Swedish First Hill Seattle, with a secondary location at Swedish Issaquah. The compensation range is between $124,767 and $161,795 per year, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, and CME benefits.
