We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Custodian to join our team at Resort Lifestyle Communities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our residents' apartments, patios/decks, and common areas. This is a part-time position working 8:00am to 12:30pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Clean and maintain resident apartments, including kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $28,000 - $38,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include employee OnDemand Pay, discount programs, and the opportunity to request financial assistance for emergencies.
