We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team at Moe's Southwest Grill Capitol Dr. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and product directions to prepare, season, cook, and serve food items, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and utensils.
• Wash, peel, cut, and shred fruits and vegetables to prepare for cooking.
• Stock, date, rotate, and check the temperature of products to ensure quality and freshness.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow recipes and product directions.
• Excellent cleaning and sanitizing skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils.
