Grocery Shopper

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Grocery Shopper to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our online order fulfillment processes.

• Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Online Order Fulfillment: Manage and execute online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Team Leadership: Support and develop your team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• 12+ months retail experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exposure to temperatures 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
