Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, including fryers, ovens, and HVAC systems, to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the exterior grounds of the restaurant, including landscaping and trash removal.
  • Supply Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are ordered and stocked as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including proper disposal of waste and cleaning of equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Previous Maintenance Experience: Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred, but not required.
  • Physical Ability: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time is required for this role.
