Job Description:

Esthetics Instructor

As a Learning Leader at Paul Mitchell Schools, you will be responsible for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills. You will create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of Future Professionals
  • Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive learning experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • Previous education and salon experience
  • Experience with Paul Mitchell products
  • Passion for educating and motivating Future Professionals
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Current South Carolina instructor license
