Position Overview:
As we continue to grow and thrive, we are thrilled to welcome a full-time, Traveling Aesthetic Nurse to our vibrant treatment team. Our organization is rooted in medical expertise, and in this role, you will travel to various locations nationwide to provide coverage while permanent staff are unavailable (due to vacations, FMLA, etc.) and assist our clients in achieving their desired aesthetic outcomes while ensuring top-notch patient care. On average, our Traveling Aesthetic Nurses will experience approximately 18 overnight stays each month.
Compensation: $72,800 annually
Employment Status: Full-time
Travel Expectations: Up to 18 shifts monthly, requiring flexibility for weekend assignments and travel. Must be prepared to visit any of the 300+ Milan Laser locations.
Home Base: Candidates should reside near a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport.
Travel Details: Up to 18 shifts per month Willingness to travel overnight and on weekends Travel to any of the 200+ locations Benefits of Joining Milan: No Overnight Shifts 7 Paid Holidays Annually Complimentary Laser Hair Removal Services 2 Weeks of Paid Training Certification on Milan's state-of-the-art Laser Technology Key Responsibilities: Execute all laser hair removal procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines Inform patients about the laser hair removal process and provide pre/post-treatment care instructions Work independently with clients to help them achieve their medical or aesthetic hair removal goals Collaborate with the clinic team to meet organizational objectives Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere by delivering exceptional patient care Maintain accurate medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records using a tablet device Ensure a professional and clean workspace, including preparing treatment rooms between patients Perform minor maintenance on the laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality Work in conjunction with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management as necessary regarding patient treatment plans Qualifications: Active, unrestricted RN license Collaborate with Milan's Licensing Team to secure licenses in multiple states May require out-of-state travel for training Ability to adhere to a 100% travel schedule (covering approximately 18 overnight stays) Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles from major rental companies as needed for business travel Reside in proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport Flexibility for weekend travel and coverage Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Dedication to providing outstanding patient care Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Capability to stand for up to 9 hours daily Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Visual acuity to assess clients' skin and operate the laser effectively Proficient in operating laser and office equipment (requires use of hands, fingers, arms) Benefits Offered: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance within 30 days 401k retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off starting immediately Free laser hair removal services for employees and their spouses or legal partners Professional liability insurance provided Laser Certification on advanced laser technology CEU reimbursement Annual allowance for scrubs Opportunities for commission Career advancement potential To excel in this role, candidates must effectively perform each essential duty.
